Gold River Farm is a small family owned, mixed farming business near Aughrim, Co. Wicklow. Its primary business is producing fresh, high quality mixed baby salad leaves. Since Heather & Mark started their salad leaves business, they have built their reputation for high quality and consistency throughout the catering industry. They grow a variety of salad leaves, field scale, mixing and blending the leaves depending on growth rate and quality. A strict quality control process is adhered to, ensuring the finest Irish product. Their season runs from May to December each year. 

The farm follows a strict rotation process, starting with the animals grazing the land, year two, forage crops for the animals are grown. Following this in year three, the baby leaf salad crop will be sown as crop rotation of the land is essential to ensure the soil is in premium condition for the growing of the salad leaves.
